Service Description

This early morning class is designed to focus on slower, controlled movements and stretching. We will focus on proper body alignment and creating some body awareness. In this class you will learn to breathe with intention, trust your body, and move with your breath. Come and sit outside. Release tension, build core strength, improve your sleep and posture.
